These demo terms describe how Auctions Ontario works. Bids are binding offers to purchase. All items are sold as-is, where-is unless an auctioneer states otherwise.
Buyers are responsible for payment and pickup within the timeframe set by the auctioneer. Auctioneers are responsible for accurate lot descriptions and for honouring winning bids.
Market Place
Individual listings are reviewed before publication. Counterfeit, stolen or prohibited items are not allowed and may be removed.
